In 2020 I lost my 1st business to the pandemic and I fell into a deep depression. Everything I worked so hard for was gone almost instantly. I needed to focus on something positive. My son has always had the entrepreneurial spirit. We both love ice cream so we had this idea to start a gourmet ice cream truck. We wanted to do something different and fun to put a smile on our customers faces. Instead of a cherry on top, we thought rubber ducks would be so fun.
